Marks Sattin UK are working with a growing Advisory firm to appoint an assured Corporate Finance Senior Manager for their Birmingham based Corporate Finance Team.
The Corporate Finance Manager will take a lead in shaping their Corporate Finance offering and service line in Midlands. The team already offer a broad range of Corporate Finance services such as:
- Business Sales and Acquisitions
- Management Buy-outs/ buy-ins
- Cash outs
- Raising finance
- Valuations
- Exit Strategy reviews
- Due diligence
Ideally you will:
- Be a recently qualified Chartered Accountant and educated to degree level
- Possess experience of working within Corporate Finance at a Top20 firm or alternatively, you may be working within a boutique/advisory environment
- Be able to write reports in a clear, concise manner that can be understood
- Be a commercially astute individual with drive and ambition
