Anyone with previous Financial Services experience and is educated to degree level, AAT qualified or qualified by experience would be suitable for this position.
Opportunities of the Senior Finance Assistant role include:
- Assisting Finance Seniors in the business to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Communication with operational teams
- Identifying process and operational issues and proactively driving resolutions
- Production and ownership of Management Information
- Maintaining Finance Documentation
- Contributing to audit
- Understanding of Business area risk
- Delivery of ad-hoc projects as required
- Undertake training
Capabilities of the Senior Finance Associate include:
- Financial Services experience essential
- Degree educated or AAT qualified or qualified by experience
- Minimum intermediate level of Excel required
- Practical understanding of business requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivation and enthusiasm
