Finance Officer / Macclesfield/ £11 per hour /Permanent Part-time
An independent manufacturing business in Macclesfield are looking for a part-time Finance Officer to support them in their small but very welcoming Finance team. You will be involved in all aspects of Finance so this will suit you if you have full end to end experience in Accounts. My client will consider you if you are looking to work between 16-20 hours a week, these hours can be negotiated once you're successful.
Finance Officer Duties:
• End to End Purchase Ledger including processing invoices, supplier statement reconciliations and making payments
• Cash Management - maintaining and recording cash transactions
• Payroll - ensuring staff are paid timely and accurately
• Bank reconciliations
• Reconciling petty cash and credit card statements
• Organising VAT returns
• Allocating delivery notes to invoices against the budget
Finance Officer Requirements:
• Experience within Accounts Payable
• Knowledge of Sage
• High level of attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
