Blackwaters is working with a fast growing, well funded Property Management Group based in Central London to hire a senior analyst to support all commercial activities.
This group has recently secured upwards of £1bn of private funding to invest in commercial retail property with a high street regeneration agenda.
We looking for a French speaking analyst from a property/real estate background (commercial, fund or banking) who is either a qualified accountant or CFA.
Role content will be heavily geared towards M&A, scenario modelling and business partnering.
This business is a new venture for some very experienced individuals and represents a great opportunity to progress quickly within a small, fast-growing group.
