Description

• Implementation of an upgrade of SAP and migration for 4 UK BUs
• Ensure the MTD functionality of SAP is working for the UK BUs and the VAT reporting from the system is fully working
• Ensure any known changes from Brexit, as advised by FC/CFO are incorporated
• Investigate and implement a consolidation solution for UK
• Ensure consolidations match current reporting for accuracy
• Gain detailed understanding of systems and BI tools to understand how they integrate with finance and how best to update reporting while maintaining accuracy of data
• Understand the internal/external reporting requirements of Finance team
• Transition the management accounts and other financial reporting
• Develop reporting across the group to enhance and improve efficiency of financial monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reporting, using SAP/HANA/Analytics rather than relying on Excel to calculate data
• Implement dynamic reporting rather than static, for example top 10 client analysis
• Set up processes to capture data at source to enable automated reporting from SAP
• Set up statutory reporting from SAP, transitioning from current TB out put with look ups in Excel
• Recommend financial information to assist the CFO and CEO in decision making; this could typically include historical revenue and profitability analyses as well as financial modelling for business opportunities.
• Train team members, to ensure the skills for ongoing management are gained within the existing team

Profile

You will be a qualified or QBE accountant with strong systems implementation experience gained in multiple projects, you will ideally have used SAP B1 but candidates with transferable skills will be considered
