Investigo are working with a FTSE listed Technology business who have an extensive global presence and a true pioneer in their field. Having undergone several acquisitions over the past 18 months the business is looking to scale globally. With a number of new product offerings released and more acquisitions on the horizon, there is huge momentum behind them as they continue outperform expectations.

Off the back of an internal promotion, they are now looking to recruit an exceptional FP&A Manager to join their best-in-class finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial finance professional to prove themselves within a fast paced, complex environment with extensive exposure to the board and senior executives within a listed business.

Key Duties

  • Manage group budgeting & forecasting process
  • Provide insightful strategic analysis, identifying key drivers of growth, scenario modelling & work closely with investor relations and regional commercial finance teams to develop accurate projections that withstand rigorous testing
  • Carrying out scenario planning and answering the "what ifs" posed by executive management
  • Continually adapt and improve reporting and KPIs, working across the business to set and manage key operational metrics so as to create actionable insight and drive improved business performance
  • Preparation of materials for board presentations and ad hoc project work as required.
  • Support the quarterly forecast into HFM, review the balance sheet, cash-flow & income statement and detailed variance analysis
  • Build effective relationships across the senior management team

Key Requirements

  • Qualified Accountant with 3 or more years PQE (ACA or equivalent)
  • Strong academic background
  • Advanced excel capabilities and extensive financial modelling experience
  • Demonstrable experience partnering with and influencing at board level
  • Experience using HFM
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
