Business Analyst - BAM/Treasury

A global entertainment organisation is looking for a treasury specialist/business analyst to join their banking systems team. This position will be involved in the centralisation and rollout of the Group Banking systems.

This role sits within a global renowned brand and they are looking for a business analyst with specialist knowledge of security and bank account management, who has a wealth of knowledge specifically within treasury.

You will have a natural problem solving mind and the ability to easily build relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. You will work collaboratively with others to pull together work streams ensuring optimisation and efficiency of the banking systems.

The Role:

• Ownership of the security and administration of the Payment & Banking platforms to include:
  • Harmonise access profiles, entitlements and security of end users across the platforms;
  • Work with local finance teams during the migration of local banking systems to a centralised platform;
  • Configure a Group Payment platform;
  • Coordinate document signing with banks and relevant business units.
• Bank Account Management: assist with and drive BAM projects to include due diligence, solution design, RFP, implementation
• Take ownership of the Group Payment System, Table of Authorit
• Develop the banking policies and procedures documentation in respect to payment activities, bank accounts & bank mandate management

The Person:

• Extensive treasury management experienced gained within an international company is essential;
• Solid BAM experiencE
• Working knowledge and experience of a variety of web banking platform administration;
• Strong team player with excellent communication and relationship building abilities;
• Familiar with banking documentation and reporting requirements;
• Problem solving mind with attention to the detail alongside understanding the bigger picture;
• Proactive, reliable, friendly  and organised
• Experience of payment industry practices including SWIFT etc
• Qualifications in treasury would be an advantage;
• Solid project management experience, understanding financial systems and architecture.
