Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Our Hertfordshire based client is looking to recruit a qualified, experienced FP&A Manager to join its team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for providing financial and commercial support to the Directors.

Managing a small team, you’ll ensure all Management Reporting is produced to relevant standards, manage the budgeting & forecasting process and manage the system to ensure that controls are continuously improved and the ensure the integrity of the information provided.

You are ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, with proven Management Reporting, Financial Planning and leadership experience, able to lead, motivate and develop the team and have the gravitas to influence at a senior level. You must have strong systems skills, specifically with SAP and Excel.
