- Analysing internal sales data to identify opportunities & maximise sales
- Analyse and maintain price reviews & controls, engineering costs, service & productivity
- Process cash reports & associated costs
- Track KPI's and SLA's to measure compliance
- Produce forecasts & reports for management
This position will also require the successful candidate to assist within the sales support department in the following duties:
- Taking calls from internal & external customers processing orders and raising invoices
- Assist in the preparation of business documents, customer meetings and / or presentations
- Coordinate with other internal departments on projects
Experience required:
- Experience of working in a sales department
- A good and demonstrable understanding of excel & pivot tables
- A proven ability to forecast and analyse
- Good interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner is essential
- Attention to detail, mathematical competence and general accuracy of work are all important skills
- The ability to work as part of an extremely busy team & time demanding department
