SF Recruitment are currently working with a manufacturing business in Wolverhampton to recruit and interim Assistant Accountant.
My client is an SME engineering business and is ideally looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 4 years accounting experience.
Reporting into the Finance Director the successful applicant will be tasked with the following responsibilities; accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations, journals and preparation for the quarterly VAT returns.
Ideally, applicants will be AAT qualified or working towards their CIMA/ACCA qualification with the ability to use Microsoft Excel with ease. This includes vlook ups and pivot tables.
As this is a 6 month interim role candidates must be immediately available or available within a 1 weeks notice period and offer the ability to hit the ground running.
