Reporting to the EMEA CFO at this FTSE technology business, a market leader with a strong global presence, you will have overall responsibility for the regional financial control, billing and governance strategy. This includes the regional P&L and cash flow performance across the EMEA markets and all associated planning cycles. It is pivotal to the delivery of management reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis across the EMEA, region driving effective decision making.
You will be a core member of the EMEA Finance Leadership team and will be required to contribute in the continued success of the region, being critical in driving the direction of the finance function and engaging with the finance community across the region to support commercial decision making. The EMEA Head of Finance will also lead work-streams of the regional finance transformation. This will support the development and delivery of the finance target operating model across the region.
These responsibilities will be achieved successfully via the effective leadership of a multi-country matrix finance team.
To meet the requirements of the post your CV will show:
- Strong academic record;
- Big 4 or Plc grad scheme start - ACA or CIMA Qualified;
- Experience of both financial control and FP&A activities; ability to provide a strong narrative from data
- The ability to deliver successful outcomes in a large changing international environment
- The leadership capability to deliver results through a multi-location team
The role is based in central London with a 10-15% travel requirement.
