Finance Manager / Senior Finance Business Partner

Forward thinking and expanding PLC based in Middlesex have a newly created opportunity for a commercially focused Qualified Finance Manager / Senior FBP.

This is a fast paced, multi-site manufacturing group and you will enjoy adding value within an organisation that can offer significant career progression and development opportunities.

Your remit will be broad, business facing and involved.  You will be a key business partner to the senior leadership team at site level.  You will be responsible for bridging finance and non-finance teams and ‘bringing the numbers to life’.  Your business partnering, MI and commentary will ultimately allow you impact change.

You will need a firm background with management accounting and be experienced in working closely with non-finance colleagues (ideally within a large manufacturing arena).

You will need to be naturally proactive with a confident approach to problem solving.

You will need experience of developing strong working relationships with operational and commercial leadership teams.

The business require:

• Professional qualification (ACCA / ACA or CIMA)
• Excellent analytical, IT and problem solving skills.
• A demonstrable track record as Finance Manager / FC / FBP within a manufacturing arena.
• Someone with a keenness to learn, develop and progress their career
