SAP BPO OTC | Slough Berkshire | £52000 - £65000 per annum + plus car plus bonus

Talent Forte are pleased to work in partnership with a FTSE 25 FMCG that has a superb opportunity for a SAP BPO OTC - within the Finance team. The role is primarily about the transition of the organisations ERP from legacy JD Edwards system to SAP.

Role Purpose:

• Historically our client operates in over 60 countries with everyone managing their business autonomously
• This programme is about changing everything they currently do, taking the controls and globalising the processes
• 30% of the global business has transitioned to SAP with 70% remaining
• Travel requirements are about 40% as countries are transitioned
• The type of person we need is someone that not only understands processes but is deeply interested in processes
• This is a strategic and challenging role deploying technologically driven P2P processes in SAP ERP system whilst working with various local business units and Shared Services and ensuring compliance with globally defined processes
• You will be working alongside, Global Process Owners, Super Users, other functional SAP BPO's and Solution Architects to enable successful deployments
• You will support country project teams with functional expertise of processes in scope of transition by supporting in fit gap, testing and go live enabling a clear and error proof deployment

Key Requirements:

• SOFT SKILLS are essential; the need is for stakeholder management, change management as you persuade people that have done things their own way for 20 years to do things in a global way
• Qualified accountant. Previous business/finance experience in various finance roles (Systems Accountant, AR Manager)
• Good knowledge of E2E business processes (OTC, cash allocation, cash collation, billing, returns FI invoicing)
• You will have been involved in project based/transformation/deployment work within one of these areas
• 40% travel to countries
