The Finance Business Partner Role:

This role has responsibility for ensuring the accuracy and quality of accounting records for the Group’s Housing services. Manage business accounting activities and provide assurances, through the line manager, to the Directorate, Board and other stakeholders for this area of the business.

We’d love to meet a Finance Business Partner with:

• Excellent working knowledge of the preparation of monthly management accounts, regular forecasting and budgets, including group consolidation.
• Qualification CIMA, ACCA – (qualified accountant)
• Advanced excel skills
• Experience using standard ledger systems, highly developed report writing and spreadsheet skills.
• The ability to track and understand transactions from books of prime entry to P&L and balance sheet
• Excellent attention to detail

Our Finance Business Partner may also have experience of:

•       Experience working in the housing sector
