A Global Top Tier Accountancy Firm in Birmingham is looking for a M&A Manager for their Corporate Finance Division, to manage the delivery of projects and build sustainable and profitable external and internal client relationships. The Firm provides, tax, audit and assurance, advisory and business outsourcing to companies across all sectors in the UK and Globally. As a Manager you will be key to the continued growth of this Firm working closely with Partners and their Clients' Directors and Senior Management.

Your new role
As the Manager for M&A within this Firm's Corporate Finance Division, you will be working with private and public companies, owner-managed businesses and private equity houses for both buy-side and sell-side work.

Key responsibilities in this role:-

• Project manage client engagements, monitoring progress against budget and resolve all project issues.
• Prepare and review reports and review financial models
• Assist Partners and Directors in the development of existing and new service streams.
• Contribute to successful client relationship development
• Build sustainable client relationships - communicating client feedback effectively
• Identify new project and business opportunities
• Support and mentor junior team members.

What you'll need to succeed
As the M&A Manager you will be ACA/ACCA qualified with previous experience and a good understanding of Corporate Finance - sell-side and buy-side.
