Head of Finance / FInancial Controller (no 2 to Group FD)
£60 - 70,000 + bonus + pension + benefits

Role:
- Support the Group FD
- Management of small finance team in UK and remote
- Liaise with CEO and key Operations Heads in UK and overseas
- Manage the Group consolidated monthly reporting (IFRS) for the Board and Investors
- Business modelling, KPI analysis, budgeting and forecasting
- Working capital and treasury management, reporting on loan covenants
- Focal point for technical issues eg transfer pricing, currency translation, tax and R&D accounting
- Oversee internal controls and be focal point for the audit process
- Ad hoc involvement in acquisitions and commercial issues as and when they arise
You:
- Surrey, Hampshire, Berkshire based
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
- Advanced Excel & IT skills (SAP knowledge - advantage)
- Excellent technical and communication skills
