Finance Transformation Workstream Lead - Process and Controls

A high-growth Telecoms business is looking for a talented Finance Transformation specialist to join their newly created programme as a Workstream Lead focusing on Finance Process & Controls.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a programme right at the start and to help shape and mould the strategy.

The hiring manager described the role as:

"A critical hire in our programme to ensure consistency and standardisation across all of our key finance processes"

In order to deliver on this assignment, you will need to have:

• A finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience of running the finance process and controls workstream of a finance transformation programme previously
• Knowledge of the key finance processes (R2R, O2C, P2P and Fixed Assets)
• Strong Project / Change Management skills with the ability to deal with a wide set of stakeholders

• Leading a small team of finance process specialists
• Take part in a control review of the organisation and design the new strategy
