Finance Transformation Workstream Lead - Reporting and Planning

A high-growth Telecoms business is looking for a talented Finance Transformation specialist to join their newly created programme as a Workstream Lead focusing on Finance Data, Planning and Reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a programme right at the start and to help shape and mould the strategy.

The hiring manager described the role as:

"A critical hire in our programme to ensure we have the right data governance and relevant, insightful KPIs"

In order to deliver on this assignment, you will need to have:

• A finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience of running a finance Data / Planning / Reporting workstream of a Finance Transformation programme previously
• Experience of EPM, MI / BI reporting is also advantageous
• Strong Project / Change Management skills with the ability to deal with a wide set of stakeholders

A little more information about the role:

• Identifying key KPIs and designed a relevant set of reports
• Rationalising the current reporting framework
• Involvement in value-based modelling
