Senior Project Accountant- Watford- Permanent £45,000 - £55,000pa + benefits
Our client, an industry leader in their chosen market, is seeking a senior project accountant to join their impressive finance function. Working closely with a Finance Business Partner and taking real ownership of particular division, this is an excellent opportunity for a driven accountant.
The business offers excellent progression, with a track record of nurturing and developing talented individuals.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing and presenting monthly management accounts
- Ensuring monthly and quarterly deadlines are met
- Leading on project balance sheet
- Escalating aged debt and ensuring risk and opportunity are declared
- Assisting in the quarterly forecasting process
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with experience of contract/project accounting. You will be a competent and credible accountant, with a real desire to take ownership of project financials.
