You will be working for a long establish manufacturing organisation, independent and family run the organisation has a turnover of over 100 mil a year. They are one of the innovative businesses that have grown over the years.

Main duties

Reporting to the finance manager, you will be working within an established finance team.

  • Matching invoices to purchase orders

  • Scanning of documents for storage

  • Generate, check and process payment runs

  • Making ad-hoc payments and payment of proforma invoices on a daily basis

  • Reconciling supplier statements to the ledger

  • High volume invoicing up to 100 a day (500 a week)

They have a couple of systems within the department which are bespoke, although they also use Pegasus/Opera.

Requirements

They are looking for the right team fit, so experience working in a structured finance team will be advantageous. Must have experience with high volume invoicing, they use of pegasus / opera system is desirable although not essential.

They would consider candidates that are studying there AAT
