A global property and construction business is looking to recruit an ACA/ACCA qualified candidate to join its finance function. Reporting into the financial controller main duties include:
· Preparation of quarterly financial reporting pack
· Preparation of accurate group wide reports (monthly and quarterly) to various stakeholders;
· Preparation of relevant and insightful consolidated reports within agreed timeframes, including ad-hoc
requests;
· Preparation of financial statements (consolidated and standalone) and assisting in managing of audit
of responsible entities;
· Preparation of monthly GL reconciliations and quarterly management accounts to the
Executive Board;
· Preparation of the consolidated forecast (mid-quarter & quarter), variance analysis and
commentary; and
· Assist with annual Corporate 5 year Business Plan preparation
· Special projects and other ad-hoc requests as and when required
You will gain exposure to the CFO and the role is a mixture of reporting, analysis and business partnering. This is a great chance to join a growing team in a role which would suit someone ACA/ACCA looking for their first move from practice.
