M&A / Corporate Finance Manager | London | £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus 

M&A / Corporate Finance Manager opportunity within a growing Corporate Finance Advisory Boutique which has established a name for itself at mid-market level in the South East and London within TMT, Healthcare, Real Estate and Industrials sectors.

THE COMPANY

This M&A / Corporate Finance Advisory practice has established offices in the South East and a growing presence in Central London. The firm specialises at mid-market level and handles Acquisitions, Sales, Divestments, Fund-Raisings and MBO / MBI deals involving Private Equity and Trade buyers and Institutional investors. Transactions are typically £10m - £50m deal values, mainly across TMT, Healthcare, Real Estate and Industrials / Chemicals sectors.  

THE OPPORTUNITY

As M&A / Corporate Finance Manager you will be an integral member of a small growing team within the London office, fully involved in supporting Director's with the execution of transactions including M&A and MBO / MBI deals involving Trade and Private Equity Buyers / Investors.

Working as part of a small growing team you will be involved in all areas of transaction planning and execution, managing deliverables and handling lead advisory negotiations with the support of Directors.

As an M&A / Corporate Finance Manager your role will involve:

• Lead Advisory work on mid-market transactions (c.£50m - £100m deal values)
• Managing Executives and Analysts responsible for research work on acquisition targets and buyers and preparing Information Memorandum
• Managing a range of deliverables including forecasts, financial models, analysis reports, proposals and pitches
• Supporting Directors in meetings and in Lead Advisory negotiations
• Business Development work within the Advisory, Funding and Investment communities

THE PERSON

You will be an ACA or CFA Qualified Accountant and Corporate Financier able to demonstrate the following:

• Background within Top Tier Chartered Practice or Corporate Finance 'boutique'
• 3 - 5 years M&A / Corporate Finance transaction experience
• Excellent client relationship management skills and a strong work ethic
• A desire to join a small mid-market specialist where you can develop your deal experience and career to Director level in the next few years.
