Marks Sattin are pleased to be exclusively partnering with a Real Estate advisory business to help recruit a Finance Analyst into their Central London office.

This is a newly created permanent position and will reporting into both the Financial Controller and the Finance Director.

The duties for this role will include,

• Preparing complex strategic analysis for the business and wider finance function
• Forecasting - Assist with annual budgets, prepare short/medium term forecasts, prepare cash flow and models
• Review of information provided by the management accounts team to challenge the accuracy and outcomes.
• Preparation of regular information packs for senior stakeholders
• Cash flow modelling
• Providing financial analysis around the businesses JV's and partnerships

the ideal candidate should posses the following qualifications & experience,

• A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) if preferred but not essential,
• strong background in financial modelling
• An expert user of Excel
• Good communication skills
• Ideally a background within Real Estate or Asset Management
