Group FInancial Controller | Acton London | 
£600 per day | Retail
An excellent opportunity for a Group Financial Controller to join an iconic retail, fashion brand immediately on an interim basis. Due to the departure of the previous incumbent, we urgently require an interim to fill the gap whilst they recruit permanent.
Essentials:
- Experience of a Group FC working in a retail environment with a business > T/O £100m
- ACA qualified ideally Big 4 trained, min 6 years PQE
- Must have experience of manual consolidations & cash flow forecasting
- Immediate start
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth delivery of monthly management accounts
- Supporting FP&A in the preparation and commentary of month end board packs
- Maintain the month end reporting calendar
- Liaise with external advisors and auditors when required to do so
- Providing technical accounting leadership
- Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/FRS102
About you:
- We require someone that can thrive in a fast paced, retail organisation
- Someone that can hit the ground running as this will be approximately a 3-month interim role, whilst they recruit permanent (could go on for longer)
- You will be a team player that can encourage and motivate
- This is a hands-on role, so we are looking for a doer
