Accountant - Northwood
£35,000 - £42,000 per annum plus Benefits plus Excellent Bonus
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a talented Accountant to join this rapidly growing and well-established SME business.
Key duties
- Management reporting activities on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis to produce information for the board
- Cash flow reporting
- Chasing debtors, supplier liaison and spend reporting
- Dealing with auditors and preparing year end information
- Quarterly VAT returns for 4 companies
- Credit control for overdue customer balances
- Chasing missing invoices and purchase ledger credit notes
- Bank reconciliations
- Making UK and European payments
- Oversee/posting all purchase ledger invoices
- Credit control for overdue customer balances
The successful candidate will have previous experience doing a similar role and have Sage Line 50 Accounts knowledge. You will have strong double entry bookkeeping experience and previous management reporting exposure. You will be able to work on own initiative, multi task and to juggle a challenging workload.
