This Top 20 Firm who is experiencing rapid growth is seeking a Mixed Tax Manager to join their Firm to meet future client demand. My client offers a relaxed environment with flexible working and relaxed dress down if you are not meeting clients.

Your new role
There is a Corporate tax bias to the role but there is plenty of personal tax work as well as exposure to other areas of tax. Very much a mixed role my client offers a good variety of work and clients with various levels of complexity.

You will:

• Advise and implement corporate reconstructions, investor reliefs such as EIS/SEIS, staff incentive schemes
• Advise OMBs and assist in planning their future
• Prepare research & development claims, VAT returns, SDLT returns
• Advise individuals regarding IHT planning and CGT mitigation
• Provide support Partners and other Managers in the tax group

What you'll need to succeed
You will be ATT qualified as a minimum and could be an experienced Tax Senior looking to move up the ladder. You may be at a smaller Firm, looking for a similar environment but in a Top 20 Firm. You maybe be already operating in the Top 20 and looking to move out of a heavy corporate environment.
