An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly driven P2P Associate to join a global organisation for a 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to get experience working for a prestigious business who are going through a dynamic transition phase.

As P2P Associate, you will be responsible for:

  • Provides regional business support for core activities within P2P and O2C for Business Units
  • In coordination with the Global Shared Service Centre, prepares various P2P and O2C reporting as dictated by EMEA statutory requirements
  • Supports partnership to identify continuous improvement opportunities
  • Coordinating and leading various EMEA onsite employee trainings on P2P and O2C policies and technology as required
  • Performs audit analytics, enforces policies and controls, and provides reporting to management
  • Understands and/or able to learn integration within/across the P2P and O2C processes to maintain internal controls
  • Supports expansion within the Global or Regional SSC, including documentation, training, and stabilization of transitioned processes
  • Assisting special projects, including but not limited to strategic initiatives and software implementations. This includes providing requirements, creating test scripts, system testing, identifying and logging bugs, etc.
  • Ad-hoc travel to Dublin (every 2 weeks).

To be successful for this assignment it is essential that you have:

  • Previous accounting experience.
  • Excellent communication, analytical and numerical skills.
  • Experience working across O2C and P2P process streams
  • experience working in a shared service center supporting global operations
  • Experience in process improvement and application systems implementation
