PMO Change Lead | North Manchester
Axon Moore is working with a dynamic, North Manchester based business currently undergoing an exciting period of change.
Supporting the Group Financial Transformation Director, this broad role comprises activities across myriad areas of project management, business change, system implementation and continuous improvement.
The role of Project and Change Lead will undertake the following roles and responsibilities;
• Produce and maintain a “Plan on a page”, illustrating high level activities and progress for stakeholder communications and engagement.
• Support the creation of presentation packs / slide decks.
• Implementation of Navision system
• Work across functional areas to identify and prioritise focus area based on risk and impact.
• Lead working groups where necessary to review, improve and document processes and controls.
• Complete the appraisal of an existing time and motion study to baseline current activities and assess for ways to Eliminate, Simplify, Standardise and Automate
• Define the benefits from proposed changes.
• Establish how the current systems will fit into the new working model – then drive the change through.
• Prepare any affected business areas for transition to the new ways of working, potentially implementing new processes and delivering required training
• Ensuring effective communication to all areas of the business
The successful candidate will have the following background and experience;
• Previous experience of Project and Change Management
• System implementation experience
• The ability to coordinate personnel from different disciplines and with different viewpoints
• Demonstrable experience of managing complex situations whilst maintaining focus on project deliverables
