Finance Business Partner

A UK leading Business Services Group based in Fareham have engaged Venture Recruitment Partners in their search for a Finance Business Partner, following a recent internal promotion.

This position will take ownership of the end to end financial processes for several multi-million £ projects, working closely with Director level Management. This will include budgeting and forecasting reviews, analysis of variances, financial modelling and taking an active role in the pricing of new contracts, as well as re-tendering for extensions. You will also ensure to comply with Group governance policies and challenge senior stakeholders where necessary.  

The successful applicant will be a part-qualified or newly qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience in a project or contract accounting position. You will also feel comfortable owning the budgeting and forecasting process, as well as working part of a small, high performing team.
