Finance Analyst

Churchill Howard are currently recruiting a Finance Analyst for a leading business in the wider Birmingham area. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to make a tangible difference and to progress within a large and successful organisation.

Daily responsibilities will include producing review packs, doing periodic budgeting, forecasting and variance and analysis, including KPI and profitability analysis for different projects and areas of the business. The KPI analysis, while used to demonstrate how effectively the business is achieving key business objectives, will be used to pro-actively drive change, with the finance analyst business partnering with various key stakeholders to strengthen the competitive advantage of the business.

The successful Finance Analyst will be a fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ ACA/ ACCA or equivalent) and will be able to demonstrate exceptional communication and analytical skills. They will be highly credible in person with the personality to effectively engage, challenge and support financial and non-financial stakeholders at all levels. This role may suit a commercially minded individual currently working within practice or a suitably experienced candidate from industry.
