Finance Business Partner

Our client, a global market leader and renowned innovator in its field, is looking for a top calibre Finance Business Partner to business partner its talented Technology team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a career-minded and commercially astute individual to join a highly progressive organisation, in a role with plenty of visibility and influence.

You'll be a key member of the team, providing financial support to the CEO and CTO and their senior management teams. You'll provide key business insight and periodic reporting, budgeting and forecasting of the financial performance. This business love to see people striving for positive change and showing initiative, so you'll be encouraged to evolve current ways of working and improve processes wherever possible.

Main duties include:
* Business partner Infrastructure and Operations Senior Management team of 5
* Produce management accounts also providing insightful commentary and carrying out period end review meetings with budget holders
* Support business partners on identifying risks and opportunities
* Lead Business Partners through budgeting and forecasting cycles, owning budget models
* Develop reports and analysis to give insight into cost base and key drivers
* Continually look to improve processes and reporting for the business
* Support ad hoc requests for analysis and information from Manager and Directors

Key skills & experience required:
* ACA/ACCA/CIMA Finalist/Qualified
* Minimum 2:1 degree from a well-regarded institution
* Experience/interest in the technology field
* Experience of period management accounts, analysis and commentary, as well as budgeting and forecasting
* Advanced Excel
* Confident, credible demeanour
* Commercially astute with clear initiative and drive to perform at the highest level
