Group FP&A Analyst needed for a fast-growing PE backed technology company based in Berkshire!
£50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus and Benefits
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an expanding, fast growing and dynamic software company in Berkshire! This is a great opportunity for a qualified accountant looking to gain experience in a high performing Group FP&A function. The role will have ownership of the consolidation of the Group's forecast information as well as providing modelling support to the broader finance function. You will provide accurate financial information and key analysis to senior stakeholders as well as having an inquisitive approach to management reporting.
To successfully deliver in this high-profile position, you will need to have
- University degree.
- Qualified accountant (ACA or CIMA).
- FP&A experience.
- Strong Excel modelling skills and a strong understanding of systems and data manipulation.
- Ability to challenge current processes and recommend improvements.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to work effectively under pressure.
A little more information about the role:
- Preparing monthly financial reports whilst performing reconciliation to underlying financial data.
- Building relationships with other functions and with key senior stakeholders to enhance collaboration across the business.
- Preparing and maintaining the consolidated financial model for the group.
- Maintaining group headcount forecasts by working closely with finance business partners and HR.
- Utilizing of various systems and data warehouse to deliver and enhance the management information driving the group.
- Ad-hoc projects and analysis as required, for example working on integration of acquired businesses or process improvement.
