We have been appointed to recruit for an experienced Finance/Office Manager for an award winning business in Liverpool city centre. Covering a period of maternity leave for 12 months and reporting to the MD, this role will work closely with key areas of the business to enable efficient day to day running of the office. This role will also be the No.1 in finance, running the complete accounts function, ensuring all monthly reporting and forecasting is produced to the MD on a timely and accurate basis.

Responsibilities will include:
- Production and analysis of monthly management accounts
- Month end reconciliations, journals and accruals
- Weekly sales and budget reporting
- Weekly Cash flow forecast
- Managing both Purchase and Sales Ledger
- Credit control
- Monthly payroll
- Petty cash
- Quarterly VAT returns
- HR contact for all staff
- Managing holiday requests, sick leave, new starters and leavers
- Office and facilities management
