Group Reporting Manager

I am partnering with an international, private equity-backed technology company who require a Group Reporting Manager to join their ever-growing team.

The Role:

This is a technical role that will report into the CFO and Head of Corporate Finance. The main responsibilities are as follows:

• Producing monthly and quarterly management information.
• Ownership of the group reporting.
• Consolidating the group’s statutory accounts.
• Assisting with the group audit.
• Managing the group tax entity.
• Reporting under IFRS.
• Acquisition accounting.
• Process improvement around controls and systems.
• Overseeing the cash flow.

The Requirements:

• Experience within software is essential.
• Experience within a high-growth SME (private equity/venture capital) is advantageous.
• Excellent technical skills.
• Excellent communication skills; previous experience managing a team.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
