My client is an impressive business operating within the outsourcing sector. They are an incredibly dynamic organisation with an excellent reputation within the sector. Impressive growth plans and a recent internal reorganisation mean they are now looking to appoint a talented individual to the role of Operations Accountant.
This role supports the Operational function as well as accounting ensuring correct accounting for past results and in the monthly presentation of the financial forecast. In addition, the person appointed to the role will assist in delivering the forecast and operational strategy for the contract(s) covered. The holder of the post will work closely with the management team to ensure that all financial reports accurately reflect latest operational developments, whilst making certain that proper controls are in place at all times and that integrity of financial reporting is respected. The role reports to the Regional Operations Accountant.
To succeed in the role you will be a newly qualified accountant (within last 5 years) with some accountancy experience in the private sector.
Someone bright, motivated and eager to learn but has a good understanding of accounting concepts which they would like to put into practise.
