I am partnering with an international, private equity-backed technology company who require a Finance Director to join their ever-growing team.
The Role:
This role will sit within the UK and European management team and will report into the CFO. The main responsibilities are as follows:
- Managing 8 members of staff; 2 of which are direct reports.
- Managing the restructuring of the finance team.
- Implementing and delivering a new month-end timetable.
- Process improvements around controls and systems.
- Managing the tax, treasury, AP and AR.
- Cash flow management and forecasting.
- Setting and managing KPIs.
The Requirements:
- Experience within software is essential.
- Experience within a high-growth SME (private equity/venture capital) is advantageous.
- Excellent technical skills.
- Excellent communication skills; previous experience managing a team.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
