FP&A Manager

Our client, an SME Property Development firm based in Central London, are currently looking to fill a newly created Financial Planning & Analysis Manager role to be a part of, and contribute to, their continued and extensive growth. The business have a very strong project pipeline and are well backed financially too so there’s a great deal of potential for the successful individual to develop and progress with the company.

This role has come about through the company’s impressive growth, now leaving them with capacity to bring this individual on to have financial ownership of two business units as well as Group FP&A.

Key responsibilities for the FP&A Manager include:

• Financial ownership of two business units, including responsibility for month end close, effective business partnering and monitoring relevant processes and systems, recommending and championing  improvements where  necessary.
• Ensuring robust Financial Planning and Analysis is delivered (and where necessary implemented) across all business units.
• Cost, Revenue and relevant Business Analyses across the group.
• Various ad hoc/project work alongside the CFO when required
• Involvement with Investor Relations and relevant reporting for Investors.

This individual will be a very visible figure across the group and as such and will need to be someone who is a strong business partner and capable of effectively communicating with both Finance and Non-Finance stakeholders. To be considered you must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with relevant experience, ideally within the Property development sector.
