Handle Recruitment are proud to be working alongside a global music giant, in their search for a SAP Business Process Analyst. Working for a company currently at the top of their game, you will be working alongside an established team of Business Process Analysts who continually work on the optimization of global finance processes and the implementation of the SAP and related financial systems.

The SAP FICO specialist will work across all the different business units and be responsible for the below tasks :

• Understand the software available to support each of the steps, utilising knowledge of the software functions
• Understand the limits without having the in-depth expertise to develop the software
• Distinguish between customer requests and the actual underlying business requirements
• Understanding the customers' business environment

• Participate in the business process and understand the strengths and weaknesses of the process

• Proactively assesses the customers' business strengths and weaknesses and recommend areas of improvement
• Understand requirements articulated in non-technological language
• Assess where current software does not fulfil these and visualize possible solutions
• Work together with the technical developers to establish the technical solution and analyse trade-offs between development cost and system performance and customer requirements

• Present to the business on technical matters, translating technical terms into business terminology

• Manage the communication between the customers and the technical teams
• Oversees and steer the migration logic, simulations and documentation

Ideal Candidate:

• Degree level with ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
• Solid experience in Financial Accounting
• Strong SAP knowledge as an end user FI, CO, BW and Tax is Essential
