Do you want to learn, analyse & assist decision making using financial information? If you are driven, personable and keen to learn then this is the role for you. Working within the Commercial Business Partnering team, you will provide financial support, analysis and insight to the commercial function, whilst working closely with the wider Finance function to ensure the accuracy of accounting and internal reporting. 

What you will doing?

• Develop relationships with the senior commercial management and other key stakeholders
• Develop commercial specific financial reporting
• Provide weekly KPI analysis to the commercial teams around performance
• Support the commercial budgeting process, challenging inputs where necessary and aiding the development on long term forecasting
• Support the monthly marketing process, ensuring accuracy of accounting
• Provide month-end commentary and variance analysis of marketing costs, presenting insights to senior Finance members

How you will be measured?

• Regular performance reviews with your line manager
• Your ability to improve inefficiencies in reporting processes 
• Your ability to partner commercial teams, providing financial expertise to add value to the group

What you have done?

• Ability to express financial concepts to non-financial colleagues
• Ability to analyse problems from both a financial and commercial perspective
• Ability to influence and drive change
• Advanced Excel skills
• Certified ACCA, ACA, CIMA or equivalent
