Market leading organisation based in Frimley, Surrey seek to recruit CIMA/ACA/ACCA Finance Manager to guide the company through a period of sustained growth. This is an excellent opportunity to undertake a busy challenging role within an exciting and dynamic market sector.
Finance Manager - About the Role
Our client is a rapidly growing business, looking to find a highly motivated Finance Manager to join the team on a full time basis. They're looking for an aspirational finance professional, with direct experience working within an SME environment, keen on finding a platform for further development.
As the Finance Manager you will:
- Manage the finance department and liaise with the internal operations and marketing teams to ensure that all accounts processing is undertaken on a timely basis.
- Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends and financial forecasts.
- Prepare the monthly payroll and making RTI and other returns to HMRC as required.
- Global tax reporting requirements – UK/EU/ROW
- Ensure preparation of P&L.
- Ensure key financial risks are addressed: interest rate, foreign exchange, commodity, with appropriate assessment.
- Prepare weekly cash flow reports.
- Prepare VAT returns and other reports as required.
- Oversee the AP, Company Credit Cards and Expenses payments (undertaken by the Office Manager)
- Have oversight of general office management and HR.
The successful Finance Manager will have:
- Fully Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Experience working within an SME business.
- Prior experience in treasury management.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong inter-personal and presentation skills.
- Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills.
- Aspirations to develop and take on new responsibilities.
