Commercial Financial Operations Director

A successful and reputable name in the technology and services industry has recently gone through an exciting period of growth and change. Due to recent internal moves and restructures, there now exists a need for an accomplished and commercial Financial Operations Director to lead the finance and commercial team.

Working in a senior management position, you will be tasked with leading the overall commercial, financial and legal aspects of the division, including performance management. You will oversee and manage operational finance - managing budgets and forecasts and strategic financial planning and management. The role requires improvements and developments to controls, process, documentation, procedures and practices within the financial and legal framework. The position suits an outcome driven, detailed and hands-on finance professional that can forge relationships across the wider business.

To be considered, you will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA,) and have held senior finance leadership positions that have covered both financial control and commercial planning, including contract creation, pricing and negotiation. As well as having strong attention to detail and a technical background, you will have excellent communication skills to business partner with senior stakeholders and third parties.
