£60,000 - £80,000 plus Benefits

ABPM as experts in financial recruitment are assisting a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Lincolnshire to recruit for a Financial Controller. They need a motivated qualified accountant who can engage with employees of a financial and non-financial background of all levels, supporting processes whilst pro-actively looking to make continuous improvements to increase profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Focus on maximisation of performance and profitability
- Responsible for all financials on site including cashflow, planning and reporting
- Drive figures forward through budgets and forecasting
- Work with onsite teams to identify and implement improvements
- Produce monthly reporting packs
- Managing and support your designated finance team
- Ad hoc duties when required
PROFILE
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA
- Experience of working in a manufacturing environment
- A confident team manager and strategic thinker.
