An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated person to join a highly successful construction group. Reporting directly to the Managing Director and Group Chairman, you will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the finance department including preparation of Company and Group monthly management accounts and providing regular financial up-dates. In addition you will also be responsible for the preparation of year end accounts, dealing with H M Revenue and Customs and overseeing the payroll process. Clear budgetary planning and competency in implementing and following financial procedures in line with all statutory legislation and regulations are key to this role. You should have practical experience of financial management preferably within the construction industry, be a strong leader with excellent organisation and communication skills and qualified in ACCA, ACA or CIMA with a desire to make a difference. This role could suit an experienced and technical Financial Controller looking to develop their knowledge and experience.
