Salary £37,000 - £43,000 plus excellent benefits and potential bonus

This is a key strategic role within our client’s business, working as it does as the technical lead across a number of sites and regions in the pursuit of accurate and timely financial reporting.

You will be qualified or part qualified and possess a good understanding of Financial Accounting and Reporting within a large multi sited business across a number of different countries.

Reporting into the Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager you will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring site reporting is delivered on time within SOX and client policies and controls
• Overseeing complex accounts reconciliations including VAT, WIP, and Payroll
• Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations for compliance purposes
• Reviewing KPI data and other reports and following through with actions
• Acting as key contact for external and internal auditors
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with teams including Transactions
• Driving forward improvements to the process

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of financial accounting and reporting, balance sheet compliance and SOX
