We are currently supporting a large and complex organisation based in Warwickshire to recruit a Senior Finance Business Partner.

Your new role
As Senior Finance Business Partner you will specifically support the Group and UK functions of this complex organisation. You will own the relationship with your business stakeholders, building trust and credibility in order ti facilitate challenging conversations around commercial performance with a view to strategically influencing stakeholders to meet financial targets.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will be a fully qualified accountant with a demonstrable track record of high level business partnering with executive level stakeholders. You will have experience of operating in a complex business and managing multiple programmes at any given time.
