Sf Recruitment is currently recruiting for a well known business in Loughborough. Reporting directly into the Finance Director you will be giving a key influencer inside a large business.

This is a great opportunity for any Qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA candidates to join a company where they can be part of key decision making and contribute more than the standard Accountancy duties. Perfect as a first time move from practice.

As the Group Reporting Accountant you will be responsible for:

• Month-end group consolidated reporting;
• Annual group budget preparation including associated analysis reports;
• Year-end statutory accounts preparation;
• Quarterly VAT returns, including partial exemption;
• Year-end corporation tax workings for submissions (prepared by auditors);
• HR board reporting including headcount figures, employee turnover etc;
• P11D co-ordination & compliance;
• Compliance reporting including gender pay gap reporting & payment practices reporting;
• Supporting Group FD re cashflow management and long-term funding;
• Authorisation of payments and oversight of financial controls.

The Group Reporting Accountant must have/be:

• Qualified accountant / Finalist
• Ability to work to a high standard under pressure and adhere to strict reporting deadlines.
• Practice experience would be advantageous
