I am seeking an Interim Group Reporting Manager to join an International PE backed business based in Slough. As well as showing strong organic growth , this business has completed multiple acquisitions in just a few years. With a clear vision and a strong buy and build strategy, the company is well positioned for further growth.

You will be a qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with strong technical abilities.

This is a pivotal role within the organisation. I require an individual that has extensive experience of international Group Consolidations. You will make a significant contribution to the creation and delivery of a 'best in class audit'. Reporting directly to the Senior Group Financial Controller, you will be responsible for producing the consolidated results and disclosures for the Group and Monthly Board Report.

This is a hands on role and the successful candidate will take responsibility for delivering accurate and timely analysis on key metrics. You will have an ability to manage a large and complex consolidation with an international remit. In order to successfully understand the bigger picture, the individual must be prepared to engage with and challenge the finer details of the consolidation.
