THE COMPANY:
Brewster Partners are working with a progressive and expanding company in the Worksop area close to the Motorway network. A Finance Manager is now required for a key role in the organisation.
THE ROLE:
Working closely with the Financial Controller, the role is an interesting mix of reporting and project work driving key business initiatives. Key duties include;
* Consolidated reporting.
* Cash flow forecasting.
* Coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process
* Lead key business improvements
* Management of a team
* Ad hoc projects
THE PERSON:
You will be qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a broad range of experience gained in your career to date, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
You will possess a both a proactive and methodical approach and also have effective communication skills able to challenge and support stakeholders across the business.
Good IT and spreadsheet skills are also required.
