Elevation Group are delighted to be partnering with a Scunthorpe based client to recruit a Process Improvement Accountant for a fixed term of three months.

In this role you will work closely with the Finance leadership team to review all current processes and work to design and implement improved business processes. The successful candidate will work with key stakeholders across the different commercial business lines and deliver tangible improvements to data quality, flow and availability.

As the Process Improvement Accountant your responsibilities will include documentation and review of current processes to define and identify areas for improvement, as well as the development of new financial reports and improvement of existing accounting processes including, project reporting and P&L accounts, cash flow forecasts and the implementation of a new PO system.

The successful candidate will be a technically astute Accountant with significant experience working with financial systems and accounting software including experience of process mapping, and implementation and development of new processes.
