Finance Manager

Blackwaters is recruiting a Finance Manager for a manufacturing business in East Sussex. This is a great opportunity to join an acquisitive business and to be involved with front end M&A and commercial accounting.

Responsibilities:

·         Preparation of statutory Accounts under IFRS

·         Management accounts and monthly management pack

·         Business partnering with other parts of the business

·         FP&A

·         KPI analysis

·         Development of accounting processes and procedures

·         Annual budgets and forecasts

·         Acquisition accounting

·         Financial projects

·         Management of 1 team member

Person Specification:

Fully qualified accountant (ideally ACA or ACCA)
Self-starter

Commercial acumen
Strong Business Partnering
 

This role has a clear succession path to Group FC with an opportunity to develop and grow with the business.
